Training for work.

Training for work is a service through which young people and interested persons are prepared to join productive activity; It has primary education as its preparatory background; It is taught in courses lasting between 120 and 480 hours, for a period of three to five months, depending on the training in question; prepares the learner in technical, commercial and services.

It is not equivalent to schooled education, that is, the studies carried out by the student do not allow them to enter high school but they do allow work spaces. This education is provided by the Ministry of Public Education (SEP), the state government and private institutions.

OBJECTIVE

Training for work is aimed at the acquisition of knowledge, skills or abilities related to a qualified trade that allows those who receive this training to develop productive activities, such as services and social gastronomy.
