Ethnofood Program

Etnofood's business model is through a social innovation model involving a restaurant that develops memorable experiences around gastronomy and / or history to build experiences through recipes developed with local products, involving ancestral knowledge in production of unique flavors integrating young people in vulnerable situations.

The project is envisaged as a Food Lab (Training Space) of experiences in the city of Oaxaca de Juárez, with the possibility of developing this type of event in other parts of the state, both locally and regionally.

The value proposition focuses on employing young people in vulnerable situations in the state of Oaxaca and contributes to the local economy using inputs produced by small local producers, generating a quality local offer, with unique experiences and with the possibility of connecting with experiential experiences and memorable memories, plus the social project.
