This Is Our Story

Our project is a learning space through unique experiences in practice, we seek to generate a transformation through agents of change who are aware of the power of tourism as a local development area with a community focus.

Etnofood is a comprehensive project whose success is based on the collaborative work of young Oaxacans in situations of economic and social vulnerability, whom we integrate in the development of each of the project's processes to train and empower them for life.

​

Our team is made up of young people with technical skills in different areas, some have truncated or empirical higher level training. Therefore, through constant training we strengthen their skills so that they are able to insert themselves into the productive working life of the state of Oaxaca.
