We have designed the best culinary tour through the largest and mega-diverse market in the south-southeast of Mexico, for you to live this experience, an unparalleled experience through the tastiest corners of deep Oaxaca. Our tour begins at our headquarters called @Etnofood, a social initiative to promote the dissemination of the gastronomic heritage of Oaxaca and share the ancient knowledge of the pre-Hispanic cuisine of Oaxaca, we will begin our journey to the central supply center walking through the most emblematic places of our city, when we get to the supply center we will go through corridors, vendors, craft stalls, chocolate shops, greengrocers and butchers. On the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste a delicious téjate (pre-Hispanic cocoa drink), you will taste some tasty tamalitos or tacos placeros, we will introduce you to our artisan friends, horticulturists and good friends of years producers from different regions of Oaxaca, proud indigenous people of its roots and its language. To finish, we will return to the city walking and we will try a test of 3 Organic and Artisanal Mezcales so that you can start the knowledge in these drinks and want to learn more.
